Bobs Gas and Cylinder Services are the delivery agent for Genesis LPG in the Eastern Bay. We look after homes, businesses and marae from Otamarakau to Te Araroa, including Kawerau, Edgecumbe, Whakatane, Opotiki, Te Kaha etc.
We are not able to place orders with Genesis on your behalf but there are several ways that you can place an order for your new bottle. The easiest is to use the Genesis APP.

If you prefer to use your phone then you can call Genesis on 0800 300 400. The first time you do this the phone system will learn about your order needs. The second time will be much faster, if you use the automated system.
Genesis orders need to be placed by lunch time the day before the scheduled delivery day in your area.
