Please note that we check all orders against the latest prescription information available to us. If you need to order a product not on your prescription, or in a quantity that is different to your prescription then please contact your District Nurse first and ask them to send us a copy of any new approved prescription. We are not able to change a prescription or supply more than your prescription allows.
Orders need to be placed before 12pm on the day before the scheduled delivery day in your area. If you forget to order and need a cylinder then you are welcome to pop in to either Bobs Gas Tauranga or Bobs Gas Whakatane and we will get you sorted.
